You had categorically promised to see that the derogatory statements made against your company on the website Mand as shown to you by me would be taken care of. In spite of passing of the days I have not heard any thing from you on this score and would like to see that your company settles the matter once for all with the concerned person as otherwise it will be embarrassing for us to continue with the business dealings. As I have personally pointed it out at our meeting that I will not be in a position to change the decision taken by Company.
