Sub: Complaint against mining trucks for violating Collector order dated 10/4/2010.

Sir/s,

That by order dated 10/4/2010 the Collector of South Goa, has prohibited the entry on the road for mining truck from 6.00AM to 6.00PM.

However today morning it was noticed by our members that mineral ore loaded truck reached Ambaulim at 5.50AM and crossed Quepem town at around 5.55AM. The Registration number of some of the trucks have been noted by our members which are as follows:

1. GA-09-T-6500
2. GA-02-T-6763
3. GA-09-U-6672
4. GA-02-U-6842
5. GA-08-U-1468
6. GA-09-U-2135
7. GA-09-U-2064.

That in violation of the said order the empty truck via Quepem town starts plying as early as 4.00AM in the morning and continues late in the evening thereby disturbing our sleep. So also late in the evening some of the empty truck are being parked late in the evening from Quepem bazaar to Cindio Paradise.

We hereby kindly requesting your goodself to take immediate action against the above mentioned truck for violating the Collector order.

Kindly do the needful and obliged.

Yours Truly
