Cavrem mining disrupts water flow
Cavrem mining in Goa's Quepem taluka disrupts traditional water ways. Adivasi people suffer. This is an edited picture pointing out dumps and nallah (water path).
Goa is mostly known for being a top tourist destination, but away from the coast mining is the major industry, and it is severely impacting local water. Click here for video.
