Attention Adivasis/Gaunkars !

Warning the Government is not enough, you should instead file petitions directly to recover damages from the usurper (mining companies/Government) they cannot get off scot free without undoing the damage..... this will surely put them on a back foot.

For your kind information, Goa Government does not hold proprietorship/ownership title on any land of Goa. The Gaunkars and the Adivasis of Goa are the absolute owners [the kings] of the teritory of Goa, including the forests and the sea. You may take advantage of the United Nations Charter on Rights of Indigenous Peolpe to support your case.

Best of luck,

Gaunkars of Goa.
