On February 26, 2023 Santa Cruz Gram Sabha meeting took place at Goa. One of the Gram Sabha members Architect Elsa Fernandes was abruptly stopped from speaking at the Gram Sabha constituting violation of her Fundamental Right of Freedom and Expression guaranteed under the Article 19 of the Constitution of India.

There are allegations and counter allegations from various quarters chiefly divided into two camps: Architect Elsa Fernandes versus the Panchayat of Santa Cruz in Goa. The video is a great incentive to probe into what Goa is currently in its political dimensions.
