Affidavit-in-Opposition be filed within three weeks from date; reply, if any, thereto be filed within two weeks thereafter. Matter to appear in the list six weeks hence.

Interim order granted is extended for a period of 10 weeks from date. Petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the respondent-defendant. Liberty is given to the petitioner to effect service through special messenger cost thereof be borne by the petitioner.

All the parties concerned to act on a signed Xerox copy of this order on the usual undertakings.
